Please join us for a Spaghetti Dinner To Go Fundraiser for our very own Alex Russell as he battles throat cancer. Dinners will include spaghetti, bread and a dessert. Dinners may be paid for and picked up at the back door of the church on Friday, June 20th, between 5pm and 6:30pm. Reserve a dinner by filling out this Google Form (this will give us an idea of how much to cook).
A donation link will be open after the event for those who wish to make a straight donation.
Beginning March 2nd, the Faith Matters class will begin its Lenten study leading to Easter. This year the class will be led by Amy-Jill Levine’s book Entering the Passion of Jesus: A Beginner’s Guide to Holy Week. The class is open to all and meets each Sunday in the parish hall from 9-9:50am. Members of the class invite you to attend this significant study in anticipation of the Easter season.
The Book Bunch is reading a new book for summer. They will be reading “The Whole Town’s Talking”, by Fannie Flagg. You may order a copy through Amazon or Thrift Books. If you haven’t been to Book Bunch yet, this may be a good time to pop in. Anyone is welcome to join Book Bunch at any time. They meet on Tuesdays at noon in the Parish Hall.
